Nice Parapente endeavours to provide information that is as accurate as possible. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies or failure to update.
All information on the site is given for guidance only and is subject to change, particularly depending on the weather conditions that determine the feasibility of flights.
4. Booking and cancellation conditions
Bookings : Bookings for first paragliding flights can be made online or by direct contact. An SMS confirmation will be sent the day before the flight at 8pm with practical information (location, schedule, conditions).
Weather conditions : Nice Parapente reserves the right to change the flight site or cancel/reschedule a flight for weather or safety reasons, without prior notice. In the event of cancellation for weather reasons, a rescheduled flight will be offered free of charge.
Validity : Reservations and gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Physical conditions: Passengers must meet the conditions required for the flight (ability to run, no major joint problems, weight between 35 and 100 kg depending on the package). These conditions are detailed on the website and explained at the time of booking.
5. Liability and insurance
Supervision : All flights are supervised and insured by qualified instructors (DEJEPS or BEES Parapente).
Equipment: The equipment used (sails, harnesses, helmets) is approved to European EN standards and is subject to regular checks in accordance with regulations.
Passenger insurance : Each passenger automatically benefits from accident insurance included in the price of the flight.
Limitation of liability : Nice Parapente cannot be held responsible in the event of an accident resulting from the passenger's failure to comply with the safety instructions given by the instructor, or in the event of concealment of a medical contraindication.
Tandem paragliding remains an outdoor activity with inherent risks, even when supervised by professionals. By booking a flight, the customer acknowledges having been informed of these risks.
6. Intellectual property rights
Nice Parapente owns the intellectual property rights to all the elements accessible on the site, including texts, images, graphics, logos and videos.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited, except with the prior written authorisation of Nice Parapente.
